I have today cancelled my window…
I have today cancelled my window cleaner for 2 reason’s having been told that I would be charged £5:40 I have been charged £15 a month and I was told that I was supporting military veterans but that is not the case with my cleaner. I was also told that pausing and cancelling the cleaners was easy and done via the calendar on the app thus service no longer appears to be available Very dishonest company
As you can see i have had a reply from Patch i have to say i am very impressed with the correspondence i have had from them and i have now received a refund. While i have had some of my trust restored i think there is a lot to learn from this and the issue with the military connection was key for me. I accept that the process can take time and i have no issue with that and so being transparent about it should have been the number one priority for Patch instead of leading me to believe i was help out a military vet out. As for the outside agency issue simply following up every booking with a quick phone call, this is what several other organisations that have come to my door do would have sorted this out and made the issue known. i have chosen to update my rating based or my correspondence with Patch since my complaints but i don't know if they have improved their service or not!!!

I'm so sorry to hear this. We do use a third party sales agency to carry out some canvassing for us, and i'm so sorry to hear you were unfortunately quoted something that isn't true. This is incredibly concerning for us, and has been fed back and will be dealt with accordingly, as that doesn't fairly represent the Veteran-led business we are.
We do employ Armed Forces Veteran's, however the cleaner for your area, Nathan, did not serve. We are still hiring for a new local Veteran cleaner for your area, and in the meantime, Nathan is carrying out the work as we don't want to let any of our customer's down.
I know we spoke yesterday, and we have now managed to sort your concerns. Your subscription has been cancelled, and a full refund issued for the full amount you've paid to us since you joined our services.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and please don't hesitate to get in touch if there's anything else we can do to help 😊

Never trust a company who make it this difficult to cancel.
You can only cancel over the phone which they don't answer at all, should be illegal. I didn't even want to cancel initially just edit my service slightly, now I'm getting out of this service ASAP and recommend anyone else thinking about signing up with them to reconsider.

Terrible standards
Paying £15 a month for:
3 double windows
2 doors
2 single windows
Usually I'm working but I'm off sick at the minute and got an email to say they couldn't clean the back windows as the gate was locked and there was no answer. I've been home all day. I heard the windows being cleaned, no one knocked on my door. I checked the windows and the only 2 windows that had been cleaned were the ones at the front, i only know because they didnt bother to wipe the water off. They had wiped my front door but there was still mud all over it. I have 2 large dogs, I clean the door better myself and no one is paying my £15 to do it! Tried to call the number to cancel the service but had no answer. Waiting a response via email as I sent all the photo evidence. Will not be using this service again and will not br recommending to friends.

I'm so sorry to hear this. That's definitely not the service we'd like to be offering at all!
I can see you had received 4 cleans prior to this one with no problems, so it is such a shame that the service you received on your 5th clean was this poor.
I have checked our system, and can see we replied to your initial email voicing your concerns the same day you sent it in to us. In our reply, I can see we apologised for the service, and then explained that all the windows and doors cleaned are meant to be left wet on purpose due to the type of clean we carry out. We did ask as well if we can arrange for a re-clean to take place, as the service you received definitely isn't what we would like. Unfortunately we did not get a reply to this.
I can see your subscription has been cancelled since, and a full refund issued 😊

Excellent service. All windows and doors were washed / cleaned. The quality of work was also excellent. I will recommend this service to everyone.

Had my windows done for the first time…
Had my windows done for the first time today not very happy i was told the window sills and frames would be done they are still dirty i was home and the guy was literally here 5 mins and just used a long brush connected to a hose pipe not soapy water and a squeezy head as shown on the web site also it has been raining all day and was told by the sales rep that they would not clean windows in the rain very disappointed indeed can not fault communication skills as emailed to notify when they would be cleaned and service was delivered as agreed may try one more time may not

I'm so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your first clean, that's not what we want at all!
All of our Armed Forces Veteran cleaners do use the water-fed pole, and purified water. They do not use any harsh chemicals, or squeegee down any of the windows, as the purified water dries streak free.
I'm so sorry to hear you were told by the sales rep that we don't visit in the rain. As much as we'd love to only be out cleaning in sunny weather, we unfortunately wouldn't be out much if we didn't clean in the rain! Not to worry though, the rain does not affect the cleaning solution whatsoever. We do use a third party sales agency to carry out the door-to-door canvassing for us, so i'll definitely feed this back to them, to make sure they aren't getting confused! So thank you for pointing this out to us 😊
I can see your next clean with us is due tomorrow. If there's any problems with this at all, please do feel free to get in touch with us direct and we will act swiftly.

Unfortunately not the best window…
Unfortunately not the best window cleaning service. I have a dog therefore he gets paw prints on the patio doors. It's important to me that the marks are gone, however this doesn't seem to have been the case so far in my experience. I've had my windows cleaned 3 times by this company.

I can see from our email conversation on the 26th & 28th February, that we did reply to your initial email expressing your concern. This reply to you was sent less than 48 hours after us receiving your email.
As mentioned in our reply email, unfortunately your Armed Forces Veteran cleaner, Ethan, was in a road collision prior to your clean taking place, and the cleaning van severely damaged. This meant he unfortunately could not get round to all of his scheduled cleans, including yours. We are so sorry for any inconvenience or confusion you may have experienced due to this, it wasn't our intention at all.
I can also see in our conversation that we did offer to still complete your clean a few days later than initially planned, that same weekend, but this was politely turned down by yourself, and so a full refund was actioned right away, as well as cancelling your full subscription.
I do hope this helps clear up any confusion, but if there's anything else at all we can do to help, please don't hesitate to let us know!

I'm so sorry to hear this. We do take payment for the first clean up front when you sign up, as this confirms your booking for the upcoming clean, whether that's the next day or in a months time. After that, from the second clean onwards, we then take payment the day before the clean takes place.
I'm sorry to hear your clean wasn't completed on the scheduled day, that is something we take very seriously so thank you for letting us know! We value all feedback, so this is very useful for us to be aware of.

Window Cleaning Service with Patch
We had a uncertain start with when the cleaning would happen and we were not convinced it had happened every 4 weeks. We were asked if we wanted the rear windows cleaned during one visit which lead me to believe it had not happened previously. We were obviously paying for the whole house to be done, so it was a concern. Since then, we seem to have had a good standard of service and we continue to monitor the service.
