Tasty and works well. Have tried similar products from others which didn't taste good. This one is nice and minty. No palm oil, no plastic packaging. Great customer service. I'm very satisfied.
Product…There’s no way you can clean your teeth with just one tab, you need at least 2 so it makes this product really expensive.
Customer Service….Cancelled my subscription by sending an email. Received an email back saying please provide feedback. I don’t need to provide feedback to cancel a subscription.
I then see that PÄRLA had taken payment and then received an email stating that I would receive my order. Contacted their customer services to be advised because I didn’t provide feedback they didn’t cancel my subscription!! Although there’s no T&C’s to this effect. I now have to go out of my way to send the parcel back to them at my cost to receive a refund!! Be aware that this company is a joke!!
Obviously all of your attention went on glossy advertising…. Still waiting for this mythical order after 3 weeks. No replies to emails… nothing. Absolute waste of my time.
I subscribed to the tooth tabs and paid a fortune. My order was taking so long to arrive, and my emails to customer services were ignored for a while. Then I sent another email cancelling the order and subscription and requesting a refund. I was on the verge of attempting a refund from my credit card company at this stage. I kept on requesting an automated code so I could get access to my subscription and cancel it, but the automated email never came through. I tried this five times! It wasn't in my inbox or spam folders. I finally received a reply stating that my refund had been processed, but no mention of the subscription. Then I received a reply to my first email that queried where my order had gotten to. It stated that orders were going out on Friday. This confused me even more as the person clearly hadn't checked the status of my order. Had it been refunded or not!? I then checked my credit card account and the refund had been made. So I confirmed this with customer service and just asked for confirmation that the subscription had been cancelled so I wouldn't go through this again the next month. My email has been ignored. Now I have to call my credit card company, which will have me waiting on the phone for over an hour so that I can block them from taking any more money because I don't know whether the subscription has been cancelled!
Initial order placed, not delivered by a week later, contacted Parla - generic email regarding supply issues, advising will be with you next week- nope.
Contacted again fobbed off will arrive soon ! Requested a refund and subscription cancelled due to non-fufilment and poor communication- same generic response received. Three weeks on-No order, no refund, no customer service - shoddy outfit, agree with others about suspect glowing reviews.

I appreciate your difficulties but maybe you could have intimated this to me when I first ordered?
Opposed to me having to contact you a week down the line when nothing arrives and I have to buy something alternative as I have ran out of an essential product
I'm not impressed with the lack of communication, people are more understanding if they are advised promptly of issues and can work round this. If my order fails to arrive as stated above I expect a full refund and will be cancelling my subscription and leaving a reflective consumer review.

As per my last two emails, the latter I received no response to, I am once again emailing to request an update on the status of my order given Parla seems to busy to communicate with their customers.
Particularly given your customer care team person, Portia indicated, I was likely to receive my delivery the second week of October. Which is this week.
As per my last unacknowledged email. If I am unlikely to receive said delivery this week, I would like an immediate and full refund and a cancellation of any subscription.

Further to my now several emails regarding Parlas abject failure to deliver goods promised and lack of communication regarding this until prompted by myself. I again request that I am refunded monies already paid and my subscription cancelled. I received another blanket" we are sorry for delay, it will be with you in another week, have another free toothbrush to make up for email, without any acknowledgement of my polite request to get a refund and cancel my subscription. It appears Portia, head of customer service, doesn't read emails but sends out a standard response. Shoddy outfit with poor customer service.
I can easily say that PÄRLA toothpaste tablets are the best alternative to standard toothpastes I've tried. I eco-swap wherever possible and have tried various solid oral care brands before but was never satisfied! PÄRLA tabs are amazing, I feel that I am not compromising on anything! Nice brand, efficient product, great experience overall! I recommend it 100%.
Worth every penny - my teeth look and feel amazingly clean and the tablets are much nicer to use than a gel. The little glass pot is a huge improvement on the plastic tubes and looks great 👍 They are a little more expensive than a tube but so so much better. I would whole heartedly recommend.

What a great idea and a great product, I have been using Parla for several months now and they work perfectly, plastic toothpaste tubes should be banned.

Have been using Parla Pro for the last 4 months and love it. My teeth feel clean, less sensitive and brighter in a natural white way. Really like the refillable glass jar and no plastic way. Will continue to use these and like the subscription service.

✅ Love the tabs! Have been using for about a year. Started with the ‘original’ but moved onto the ‘pro’ which are definitely helping with my sensitivity, whitening and enamel.
✅ I also love the fact ‘every little helps’ when it comes to plastics in our oceans and landfill. This product ticks all the boxes. 👌🏼
❌ Dropped one star because you can only buy Pro on subscription which is not ideal. 🤷🏻♀️
❌ Dropped the other star because I can’t get them in Spain (where I live) and need to rely on a friend to send them to me. ✈️
Buyers beware delivery states 3 days terrible customer service waiting over 2 weeks on my package arriving. Have tried contacting customer service which is quite difficult to get a reply. Wouldn’t recommend

I left a review recently already, but I just got back from the dentist's and thought it worth repeating.
I have regular hygienist visits, and have always had the same advice and criticism about brushing, etc. This time, she was full of compliments. She sees 80 patients a week and says mine was the healthiest she's seen for months. The only change in my habits has been to add an electric toothbrush (for most night brushing) and using Parla tabs for around 3 months.
Great combination, and great feeling. Thank you Parla!

For the life of me can’t work out how to turn the tablets into paste? When “ chewing “ then as instructed they just break up into tiny pieces which is very frustrating. Can anyone advise as to why this would be?
I had tried other toothpaste tabs that didn’t leave me with much confidence my teeth were properly clean. However I really wanted to try and cut my plastic use. Seeing that Parla was developed by dentist and is a British company I tried them. I chose the Parla Pro and my teeth feel really clean and they’re very easy to store and use. I have now subscribed for 3 monthly deliveries.
Great taste, convenient subscription, perfect for travel.
Better than toothpaste! Great taste, texture is good, different to paste but you get used to it quickly because it leaves your entire mouth clean not just your teeth. Love it.
