Worst Parking Lot paying system
The 1st time I went to use was in April 2023 to my CPA office and was fined $50 which took me 3 months to get resolved. My daughter had to drive because I had a stroke and was not allowed to drive, and I had a walker. My subsequent visits to the Varsity Bldg. to see my property manager, I got a friend to drive and dropped me off and wait for me on the street then return for me. On my July 16 visit I had to drive/park on my own in the disabled stall. If it wasn't for the wonderful woman parking lot attendant whom I saw sweeping the lot who showed me the app to save in my phone. I would struggle to find street parking or risk a parking fine. I told her I could not scan because of the protective cover on my phone. This is the most terrible parking system I have come across for disable or elderly persons. No every person ion this planet has a cellphone either. Very discriminatory system. My dissatisfy opinion on this situation has not improved from my 1st encounter in 2023!

Not very convenient for the customer! Takes too much time to perform the transaction, in order to give you the business!
Would be much simpler to issue a ticket when entering and pay upon leaving!!! An attendant was there the whole time and could've easily done that!! This system requires too much time for the customer!!! Not convenient at all!!!

Seniors, you will need your reading glasses if you are using your cell phone.
It's a lot of information that has to be filled in. I am a senior and filling out the information on a cell phone without reading glasses was difficult. Do you really need that much information?

Disappointed in the entire process
1. We werenʻt notified that there would be a fee for parking. 2. Trying to fill in all the details in the dark that was required to pay for the parking was a challenge. 3. You do NOT need our email or any other details than our $$ & IF the max. is already $8. You donʻt need our phone #. 4. Please advise people attending events at Waiwai that there is a parking fee. #5 what do people do who donʻt have credit card or email?
