Been staying at a hotel across from your parking lot. Over the past several months I have done everything I have needed to do , I have had my parking ticket in the window and still there has been issues. Violations were sent out to me when there was no violation. I have been on the phone numerous times trying to fix this and it has interfered with a lot of my personal time. Parking should not be this difficult

You gave me over 100$ in parking tickets when I paid the lot fee. You took a picture of me IN MY CAR stating I was parked illegal. I dont know what I did to deserve this but im taking this to court.

Paid 35 cents more when i used the app…
Paid 35 cents more when i used the app vs using the website. I am not sure why that has to happen but it feels like i was penalized for using the app. I set up the app as i planned to park in that lot regularly. Now i may rethink as 35 cents will add up fast.

I found this spot 2 weeks ago and the price was $9. I pulled in on Wednesday in hurry because I was running late, when I walked over to the payment sign, I noticed the sign said $13.... QUITE the uptick in price and then when I paid for my parking I was actually charged $16 not $13! I will never park there again no matter what the advertised price is.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt downtown…
We stayed at the Grand Hyatt downtown Denver and the hotel was out of parking. We could see this parking lot from our hotel. Totally safe parking no issues and cheaper than hotel parking. Made our stay that much more enjoyable.
