Expensive. I would like to at least pick the amount of time my car will be parked for. If anything people will feel compelled to use your lot since they can pick a time meaning they’ll be charged a service fee, taxes, etc. If people park for only 1 hour that just means they’ll be paying all those fees PLUS they’ll open up a spot for another car once they leave and will keep car’s flowing. Or you can keep ripping people off that park for 4 hours and charge them 24hr.

good customer service
Actually, it was kind of a mess. because i had previously parked there and had an account, the website didn't ask me for my license plate numbers. Then i did it again with the plate numbers and paid twice. Confusing system, especially at night after long trip. But I give 5 stars because customer support was very good and credited my overpayment.

You sent me a parking bill for failure to pay for 50 dollars. I did pay and have proof. This is disappointing and a scam to charge when the parking fee was PAID!

App was easy to download and use, even let me know how much time was left and if I wanted to add time. Parked, paid and left in no time at all, great app.

Easy entrance and exit to lot. The only issue i experience was having paid for a spot through the hotel and not being able to park after dark.

Too expensive for 1 hour use on s Sunday.
I needed an extra hour. $25 regardless of 1 hour or 8 is ridiculous.

Signage
Paid for parking for several days. Left for a little while and came back to no parking. Sign said to go to the alley for more parking. We did and got a $50 fine. Disputed it and it was upheld. Better signage needed (downtown Denver). Great location though

App was easy to locate, download and use. I was a bit confused about the relationship between maximum fee and time duration. I ended up selecting a 16 hour stay. It ended up costing the maximum daily fee. Does that mean if my plans changed I would be covered for 24 hours? Once a person spends the max, why not simply give them the 24 hours?
