QR code didn’t work when leaving, on multiple machines, so I had to call and be hassled for tons of personal information before being let out. Extremely rude and unhelpful interaction. I will be sure to NEVER use this service again.

Parking fees vary widely, sometimes double from one day to the next.

Great price and location was close to hotel were conference was being held. I had a problem when exiting reader would not scan code.

If I could give 0 stars (or negative stars) I would. I booked & paid ahead of time using Parking.com app for a lot in Denver. Got to lot but QR code didn’t work. Called lot - didn’t have my reservation. Called Parking.com customer service & told “we don’t partner with that lot anymore” - then why is it on your app?? CR rep hung up on me. Got to work 40 minutes late after having to find another lot (using a different parking app). Will never use Parking.com again.

Parking was easy to find and the garage was clean. There were cameras in the garage and I saw staff in the garage during the day.

There was no clear way to know if the barcode was scanned during my entrance. Then, at the exit, it wasn't reading the barcode, and I was told it had to have been activated at the entrance. I ended up having to pay double!

Easy to make a reservation. Easy in, easy out.

Great parking. I had to take my car topper off and put in the car because the clearance was low and didn’t see that before reserving online. Otherwise it was perfect.

I couldn't get the scanner to scan my phone. Ended up paying for parking on site.

Never responded to my email, constant price increases, it sucks to pay to go to work

I’m very disappointed that you raised the parking rates by so much and you charge more for a half a day than a full day.
It’s very difficult to park and turn when these big trucks are sticking out. I don’t understand why they’re allowed in this parking garage. There should be a special place for them to park where we don’t have to try and maneuver around them sticking out everywhere.

The parking attendant stated that if we booked parking online for our 4/12 - 4/15 stay we could come and go for the booked amount. We installed your app and booked parking. We received an email with a QR code and less than an hour later when we attempted to exit with the QR from app as well as the code in our order confirmation it did nothing at the gate. We were told be the attendant that QR codes don’t work at the gate and that re-entry was not permitted. So we were charged $28 for less than an hour.
We continued to use the lot and paid the requested amount at every exit. We would like to be refunded for the amount booked online order number Order #: 914434282 in the amount of $28

Making a reservation was very easy and it was comforting to know we had a spot to park. A huge bonus was having a charger available for my EV. Thank you!!!!

I paid for the parking, and was charged an extra $36 and some change for some reason. Couldn't get ahold of anyone to deal with this either, so my bank and I determined this as fraud. I got my money back, but only because my bank is cool. Don't just charge people randomly lmfao. I had already paid for the parking which was on my statement.

Making a reservation was great, and the $7 charge was wonderful. The only issue was leaving. My daughter and I both tried to get the reader to accept the code on my phone. The frustrated guy behind me told us to hit a button where we got a live person. She was able to get us out on her end while the angry guy behind us whipped around and went to another lane. Took 10 minutes after snaking our way through the garage on a busy day at the gate.

We were unable to use the barcode. It wouldn’t scan and then disappeared from the app. We had to pay to leave the garage and we were still charged the full parking fee by parking.com.

Easy to book, code readers worked great, after Bernie's 35,000 person event there was staff directing traffic to exits since we were all racing the clock for time purchased. This was a great lot. Clean, well marked close to event, I'm 73 and walked to and from and felt completely safe. One of the best I've seen.

Easy in and out. Very convenient and great price!
