I needed to cancel for a refund as I had an emergency and wasn't able to use the parking. But there was no option available to cancel so I just wasted $23 instead on nothing.

Everything perfect, good car care and fast staff.

Parking lot is always full only last 2 upper floors available on a weekly basis not even weekends They overcharge and rise prices every 3 months, out of 2 elevators only one moves and at a frustrating slow pace, they need maintenance that never happened looks like it, location is not clean or well kept, the staff on site is very rude, impolite and rarely assist you when you actually need them, they’ve recently changed the entry system and the service has declined 75%, unfortunately I don’t have ANY other options to park from Tuesday to Thursday

Great Location - right above the entrance to PATH into NYC.

Came a few minutes earlier and couldn’t enter/purchase additional time. Had to buy a new parking ticket.

Easy in and out parking. I liked that the ticket could be stored on my phone wallet. I got confused with having to take a ticket, but it was well explained so I believe it was user error.
Very convenient to park and ride into NYC! Will do this again.

From out of town, my car was safe for 4 days! No issues. I paid online which was easy. Pulled up to the gate and scanned my barcode on phone. It popped out a ticket. I wish it had more instructions as in what the ticket was for and I was good and not double paying. Talked to the associate who was temp and didn’t know how the systems worked. But he called his manager who said I was good to go. In short, more signage would be better.

The rates were good while booking, but the code didn’t work during entry. I got charged twice, once the parking garage & once by the parking app.

I prepurchased a scheduled parking time. I was 10 minutes early, so I wasn't permitted to enter the garage. So, I bought another session just to enter -- $12 for 10 minutes. When I tried to enable my original time, the machine wouldn't accept it, so I had to pay another $30 to exit the garage. Go fornicate yourself.

I had a really disappointing experience at this parking lot. I booked a 3-day parking, but was charged extra for re-entry due to their policy of one entry and exit. So I paid $90 for 14 hours. And they said I wouldn’t be able to argue.Lack of flexibility and unexpected charges made my experience unpleasant. I just can't believe they have such unreasonable rules , which don't make any sense. If you have to park here, make sure to read all terms before booking to avoid surprises.

Close to PATH train station. Nice neighborhood. Good price. There was a marathon in town and some roads closed. We were able to contact the actual garage and they were very helpful in getting us around the race closures.

Had to pay extra since we took our car out for couple hrs then it wouldn’t let us in again although the pass was for several days

We parked a Dually truck here. Needed assistance to make sure we would have clearance. The lady in the office came out and allowed us to park very near the entrance. Made it super easy for in and out.

Easy to reserve, easy to find garage, perfect location at Path station

Parking is good but most of the time very bad smells at Parking lot at 2nd and 3rd floors
