This is a bait and switch the signs say $27 for 12-24 hours as the highest price nd length listed anywhere. Yet when you leave they charge you a flat $41.99 regardless of the time you spent in the garage. Google reviews have multiple people with the same experience. I will be reporting to thw bbb and asking for a chargeback for the difference from my bank

When I returned to get my car, I tried to pay at the pay station inside the parking deck. The QRC code sent to my phone was acknowledged at the pay station (and to get me through the pedestrian door into the parking deck). However, when I put a credit card in the reader, there was no response of any kind. No indication of acceptance, no indication of refusal, nothing. I tried repeatedly for 10 minutes or so. (1) As far as I could tell, the pay station just did not work.
Then I tried to pay at the gate. The video screen there indicated one option for paying was to insert a card. I repeatedly tried to find a place to insert a card (the card I wanted to use does not have tapping capability). While there was a block for tapping a card, (2) there was no place I could find to insert a card at the gate. I called for help on the intercom and was told multiple times to insert my card. Eventually, they sent a link to my phone to make payment later and opened the gate. I really preferred to pay on site vs. sending my credit card information to an unfamiliar website.
(3) I would expect the assistant on the intercom to be familiar with the equipment at the facility. And if you are going to only accommodate cards with tap capability, (4) at least update the video on the screen so it does not tell customers inserting a card is an option.

One other note. The help phone number on display by the pay station inside the parking deck led to a recorded greeting trying to get me to accept some free medical alert device. The only options the recorded greeting offered (numbers to press) were to further a conversation regarding this device, nothing regarding the parking deck, or how to speak to a human regarding making payment.

They tried to double charge us. Only 2 star because they were excellent and kind on the phone.

Parking toll collection machine would not accept a Visa or Mastercard from a Canadian Bank. Held up the line behind me for 10 minutes waiting to get help to pay online. Overall, it’s a great place to park in Wrigleyville, but the people behind me probably didn’t think so!

Easy, convenient in and out. Literally across the street from the venue (The Vic). On-line reservation and paying in advance was less expensive than most other spaces nearby, or paying upon entrance.

Clean and safe, which is all I ask for.

Simple, easy and well lit.
