I couldn't find the entrance of The Elle Chicago, 801 S Financial Place, Chicago, IL on September 28th at 2:00 PM despite driving around the building several times. There was no signage marking an entrance anywhere. Parking.com screwed me out of $16.80 and I had to get more expensive parking elsewhere. I will stay away from this company in the future.

It was a pretty simple process to use…
It was a pretty simple process to use for parking. However, there was no clock or countdown. We realized that we wouldn't make it out in time, so decided to extend our parking. That was not an option. Instead, we incurred additional charges. The additional charges basically started all over. We paid initially for 3 hours, but when we left 30 minutes after our time, we had to pay for another 2 hour slot. We paid more when we left than when I booked the parking!
It would be better to pay upfront for any additional time that may be needed... or use another app like SpotHero who will allow for extending your time.

Was stuck in garage for 30 minutes…
We were locked out of garage after concert ran late. Then, we were stuck in garage for 30 minutes because of the QR code not working. Granted, I underestimated the time. But those kinks should be worked out since this situation probably arises a lot.

I like the fact parking area is clean
