Terrible experience with the app
Terrible experience with the app. Anytime I wanted to search for a parking spot it would tell me locations but would not allow me to purchase the pass. I would either have to scan the QR code or enter the number to purchase. Even after purchasing a spot when I would receive a text to renew it would not allow me to do so unless I scanned the code again.

Mandatory Service Fees
The only way to pay for parking at the parking lot was by using the app, yet there was still a service fee for using the app. The posted price for parking was $13 for a day, but I had to pay more. I would rather have paid cash, but that wasn't an option.
Parking.com should take their cut from the money going to the parking lot owner or else tell the lot owner to post the actual price of parking.

Great Experience
The location was just where we needed to be and so the space was handy. The process of getting an account set up and the payment made was quite simple. We even were able to extend our time quick quickly and the reminders that our time was coming to an end were very helpful.

More ease desired
The site is a little inefficient and clunky. Rivals Parking Kitty and Parking Passport are much easier to use.

Very easy and convenient to use
Very easy and convenient to use. There was a little hiccup with the app when processing the payment but everything worked out. Being able to add time through the app to extend the parking time was nice and easily done.

Overall Good Experience
The instructive sign was helpful it took us quite a long time to "get our ducks in a row" in order to process our parking fee. Nice not to need a ticket in the window. The emailed receipt is a winner, as is the nudge notifying us that the time was about up. Next time will be easier.
