Was there in building 163 to take a certification test. Was very upset and angry that I had to pay $11 to park. There were plenty of parking spaces available so it wasn't like I was taking someone's parking space. Plus there was no handicap parking. Is this legal. Would love to get a refund. Was told if I didn't pay I could be towed.

It was expensive for parking in that area but it worked fine and and convenient to where I was going.

Affordable and convenient. I asked them to pick me up at 2am and they came right away.

Well I had issues try to text the info provided. I tried several times and was unsuccessful. Also I install the app only to get the app and it was giving me an error. Finally after several attempts and understood what the next step was, it worked. Please fix the issues I stood in the parking lot for 15 minute. Trying to do the right thing.

Very cumbersome payment process. You are required to put in card information rather than being able to choose Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.

$10 for 2 hours is highway robbery, no pun intended. The payment process was more difficult than necessary and I don’t like having to enter my card info into an app or website over cellular data. In today’s time, it’s just not safe. Also, it made no sense that parking spots were 3 deep without an aisle between to back out in. Vehicles were parked all over, making it difficult to back out properly and exit. Next time, I’ll use the closest parking garage and walk. The only positive was the parking attendant. He was nice and helpful.

This was terrible! No way to give cash or insert credit card in a pay machine. Had to use app and a text code..and it was complex with limited instructions. Thank goodness there was a person to help. This took over 20 minutes because the app kept failing. And the worst part was they charged a TAX of 35cents on top of the 10 bucks for 2 hours!!! Awful and i will be contacting the mayor of Lexington to see if what you are doing is legal!!!!

I parked in this lot where you may get blocked in by two additional cars if you don't pay attention. I paid though the app.

After my meeting, I was greeted by a guy that worked there by these words "young man.... You were almost walking". Uhm.... I paid your $10-$15 fee. He explained to few that he didn't know if I paid or not, that he can usually judge if people paid by there reaction. So expect to be accused of theft if you PAY to park here.

Needed to be in court. Didn’t want to be in court. Didn’t want to fuss with finding parking. Pulled in this lot and the attendant walked me through it. Very nice guy. I paid for a few hours because…court. Ended up taking less than 30 mins. Spent some time talking to the attendant some more and left. Overall-pretty stress less parking experience.

Took numerous times to input information and for it to all go through once it did. Was a hassle and almost made me late for my meeting

Gentleman was very nice at the parking facility. The system took WAY too long. No one has time to type in everything when they could just pay the attendant and move on with their day. Creates a line and wasted time.

I was in Lexington Kentucky on Thursday trying to find a place to park is awful I went to where you can put in numbers and text for you to pay to park it said in one place no available parking places I went to another I tried to put it in put in my information never got a receipt use two different cards. I don't know if it ripped me off or not after putting all info in noavailable parking places I went down to where there was a human he politely help me to be able to get to Park it's a shame when you have to go to Lexington Kentucky to take care of something nothing works there as far as I'm concerned I have no reason to be in Lexington Kentucky again

So much easier than digging for change in the console or standing in the rain trying to get the meter to accept the payment.
