Parking was easy and simple, I had a homeless man solicit us for money and follow us around, it was not very welcoming, there needs to be some security present to ensure that from happening to others, he was very aggressive.

First the parking lot wasn’t marked for…
First the parking lot wasn’t marked for traffic. Cars coming in and out in wrong directions. It was crazy trying to get parked. Second it absolutely ridiculous to pay $36 to park for two hours.

Very messy and difficult parking experience
When we tried to check out after 2 hours we weren’t able to end our parking session so we ended up paying for a full day of parking. I tried to send an inquiry/complaint but nothing was done to help. I would much prefer paying for a specified amount of time and then having to add time if necessary.

Posted rates don’t match actual charge
The ease of parking and paying via the QR code were great. Location was on Staten Island, NY. I didn’t rate you 5 stars because I was charged much more than the rates that were posted on the white board at the entrance to the parking lot. It should have been $17 according to the sign. I paid over $40.

too much parking fees I park 3 hours paid but I went early 1,30 hours early left so I need have charge paid 1,30 hours. rest off charge need refund on my card please

Seems quite confusing to have a sign…
Seems quite confusing to have a sign that says $10 for first hour and then be charged $36.99 with no one to ask. Also , app did not work correctly to add more time, so we ended up leaving location and going somewhere else.
