Convenient location next to the ship
Convenient location next to the ship. But complicated check in at the gate! Even the Attendant had trouble scanning my Bar Code! Same issue with departure!
Need a better system!

Parking Easy to use
Parking easy to find and the workers made it easy to get in and out.
Only gripe is have signs to find elevator and signs for stairs to exit out the facility.

If they had a zero star option I would…
If they had a zero star option I would choose that. They charged me twice telling me it was one charge when I told the worker I paid online. He said he had to up charge me $10 extra for my vehicle type which is a crossover . When online the vehicle option wasn't even a choice. I think they scam alot of people this way. He then re charged me for the full payment again on top my online payment.

I think it was very easy to make a…
I think it was very easy to make a reservation for when I needed, price was good, barcode entry convenient. However a lot of the garage was reserved.
I went to the third floor, Elevator was broken, so on the walk down II noticed one of the very sharp curves there had been a serious accident, leaving a great deal of shattered glass on the ground. Made me wary to drive over it Also a lot of men seem too use the pillars as urinals

I made a reservation online
I made a reservation online. Was not allowed to park in the reserved area that had maybe 5 cars in it but had to go to the third floor to find parking. Why do u call it a reservation if I am still being treated like I just drove up.

Idea of contactless parking is great, but…
Idea of contactless parking is great! However, there is no instruction on how to access the parking facility. The app does not provide any guidance either. Parking facility staff didn’t know either and told me to push button to get a ticket in order to get in.

Great experience at this garage.
We found the garage easily, with the directions given. The attendant led us to our parking space. We needed a handicap spot as my wife is disabled. We had ample space to park. On leaving it was a little busier, but the attendant handled traffic issues like a pro. This was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend this garage to others and will use it again soon. Thanks.
