We booked skyport for the second time this year and for personal reasons after driving 3 hours to Glasgow my husband and son were unable to fly so had to leave airport and collect car from skyport to drive home, my husband rang skyport a few days later requesting that when he drives to the airport to collect me and my daughter could he park there since we have paid for the booking and they said they would not allow him to do so. It was 2:30am and for a 5 minute bus journey I think that is disgusting given the fact we had paid and booked for the week. Won’t be using again

I booked my spot for 2 days in error, it was the 4th of July and I was going to the city to see the fireworks. I called the customer service number on the 4th of July and someone actually answered the phone. They explained how to handle the mistake and how to rebook. Instead of paying 70.00 dollars I paid 40.00 dollars so I was happy. Thank you.

The facility was clean and the office personnel was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend the SKYPORT parking to anyone that needs a clean and safe parking space. Thank you again!

Quick and smooth

Full disclosure: I would up NOT needing the parking space. But I still want to speak on my experience. It was super easy to reserve a space online. If you don't have the license # you can add it on later. Got a text message AND email with a confirmation. I wound up not needing space so I was worried whether I could cancel, as I had to cancel within an 1 1/2 of needed space. It literally took seconds, and once again I received notification immediately. This is why I had to review my experience. I would definitely use for the future.
