Impossible to get in touch with support. "Automated" checkout process did not work, charging my credit card for parking long after I left. Called support and, after a 1 hour wait, was transferred to a voicemail. No call back, no follow up correspondence. Location: Westin Tyson's Corner, Virginia
My parking.com experience was great. Although some people may not be used to using apps for parking, I couldn't be happier. You scan the QR code, send a text to the app, the gate opens and off you park in seconds. No more worrying about keeping tickets or losing anything when you park. I also loved how you can quickly set up Apple Pay or other payment methods to pay for your parking time. As quickly as I entered the parking lot, once payment was set up I could leave. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely use the parking.com location again.
