I have been calling several times a day for three days and NEVER get a return call. You just don't care do you?

My only complaint is that I don’t receive the $2/day “local” rate. I live in Douglas County.

The development of the app needs improvement. Every time I try to pick the lot when I am not at the location is difficult. Also when using the QR code, then logging into the application does not remember the location after a successful login. Once these are addressed I would give the experience 5 stars overall.

I have had trouble with paying for parking twice in the past month. The app says my preferred card is expired when it is not, and then gives error messages. I had to attempt to pay multiple times after leaving the lot, finally went through while waiting for my plane. Charged correctly this time, but last time charged $8 for $2 worth of parking.

Flight cancelled and paid full price for 8 days. Not sure how to refund.

Easy to use airport train parking

The supervisor at Peoria station is an idiot!
I told him that I was going to the Colorado convention center and he never told me that the train was closed.
I paid for tickets and 5 days parking and then when I walked up the stairs there was a sign about the train line being shut down.
Needless to say, I did not get a refund on my parking or my ticket booklet!

Parked. My car was broken into and someone attempted to steal it. Had to tow it. No one called or notified me.

The app charged me the out of district rate, even though my plates are registered in-district, and RTD’s own website shows my plates as being in district

Was late to my train. Website worked well and I didn't get fined

The app sucks to use its a fight the whole time

So hard to use the app - really unintuitive. Every time I try to use this I have to call for help. Parkmobile is way easier to use

Quick and convenient to airport. Reasonable cost. Neighborhood seems sketchy, so bring a steering lock if you have one.

It was difficult to find the app (and load) for the parking lot. However, after a solid 15 minutes it worked just fine.

I don’t appreciate getting multiple emails asking me to fill out a customer satisfaction survey. If I don’t respond to the first request, it is because I don’t want to! Don’t send reminders—it is a waste of my time!!

Great overall.

The RTD lot was easy to use and safe. I will definitely use it again!
