We tried three different navigation apps and we could not locate the parking garage by the address given through parking.com. We reached out to the company and I’ve heard nothing in response.

The parking lot on lanville street was closed off. I wasnt sure if I could use ticket in other lot underground. I had to get another ticket upon arrival. It there wasn't a gentleman outside when I pulled out I would have paid another 20 dollar fee. The convenience to the train station was excellant

Had to pay for reservation twice
Update: Credit to the company, they did reach out and did refund my money. I hope they make it more clear how to get the coupon in the future.
I would give zero stars if I could. This is what I emailed the company, have received no response.
I made and paid for a reservation (#*********), but could not figure out how to exchange for a coupon to use to exit the garage. I called the support number and the woman I spoke to said she had never heard of having to do this despite it being on the order confirmation so she could not tell me where to go to make the exchange. In the end we could not spend all day trying to figure it out if the person at support couldn’t help us so we just paid again (the number on that receipt was ******). I’d like a refund immediately.
