Arrival was fine. Prices are fine, however, after a long flight home pick up was a nightmare unable to reach anyone at the facility was told I would receive a text. Never did attempted to call over 30 times told that no voicemail was available when I finally did reach someone they were so rude. Definitely not worth the price when you’re coming back home you wanna smooth experience and they did

Total Low Class Operation. 30 Minute wait to get picked up. They had one van running at 8pm timeframe. Van is old with torn seats and the driver was on the phone the whole time while picking passengers up.
Got to checkout only to realize the third party reservation did not put in correct times. The fee was $12 cash or 30% more if you used a credit card for being off by 7 hours. I wouldn't use this low class operation again if they were the only parking spot available. Scam!

This was my first time. I worry about security of my information leaving it with a parking meter. Hopefully it will all work out.

I had just got there and was setting situated at my desk and was about to pay for parking (I always pay for longer time since I know it takes me a minute to pay) but when I went to go get my license plate number there was already a ticket on my dash. Can’t even give a girl time to get her stuff situated!

This is a very nice and safe place to park. The security attendants are very nice and helpful.

Make it easier to use. Nobody is parking for the thrill of parking. I have places to go. Load faster. Take trusted payment rather than much slower card entry. Use stall numbers. Nobody wants to share their name, credit card info, and license plate every time they want to park.

Trash! I still got a $50 ticket after paying $10 in an empty parking lot. Would never use again. I will be telling everyone never to use this app.

Things started great. I never used this service, and it was easy to download and pay. 5 stars for that! I ended up staying a bit longer than I planned, this was by problem, I got a reminder and seemingly eased my way thru adding another hour of time. When I arrived at my car, I was greeted with a ticket for $50!
I tried calling but never was able to reach a human. So I said fuckbit!
Reviewing my bank info, the payment never processed, I was unaware and technically, this would be considered my fault, but it sure feels like a scam to me, halving gone thru the motions ofpaying the extra couple of bucks The ticket was issued just moments after my initial runner expired.
I’m not sure why I was prompted to pay for more time if my payment wasn’t going to get processed. I did all I could to ensure payment.

Paid $8.35 for 4 hours with the QR Code and an hour and 30 minutes later I got a $50 parking ticket anyway. Did a dispute to customer service as marked on the ticket and haven’t gotten a response at all in 10 days. I was one of 4 cars in a lot that has over 50 spaces. How hard is it for parking enforcement to actually check the system before handing out tickets that are ridiculously higher than the cost of parking. Violation dispute team needs to actually respond to disputes and settle them.

Too many steps! In the time it took me to input all the info I left myself vulnerable to the elements! I am a delicate flower so this could be dangerous for a person like me,

The lot was close to where were going, about a block away. Price was low, compared to other lots.
Pay kiosk was easy to do, instructions easy to follow.
Would use the lot again.

I had a different car than normal, so the license plate was wrong, I was able to have the transaction cancelled and purchased with correct information.

Easy to use, good location, reasonable rates.
