Easy to figure how to link payment. Drive in and out with no issues

We were tired when we arrived at the Element hotel and then we spend valuable vacation time to get the parking arranged with the QR code etc. We booked for 2 days parking. However, on the last day, before returning the rental car, I could only leave the hotel premises once and enter again after filling up the tank with gas. The 2nd time I left the hotel (about 20 minutes later) I was immediately charged another $13.30 (incl. tax)!! It's absolutely not an efficient situation with the parking at the Element hotel. Furthermore, the daily parking expense of $25.00 plus tax is far too much for Seniors like us.

Miserable experience in every imaginable way. To call it a train wreck is generous. I’ve been to this property multiple times but I won’t be back as long as you are there.

I was double charge and also got a ticket. No explanation

I paid for parking. Still got a ticket. It's a joke that we have to pay for parking everywhere. Where does the money go? What am I paying for? Do you offer security? Zero Service offered, yet we are forced to pay. Garbage Company ripping people off.

Parked at the Element Hotel at Miami Airport. It was only after dutifully scanning the QR code and arranging parking that I realized parking charges were being suspended due to construction on-site. I have been charged over $50 for parking that I have no idea how to reverse. Parking.com provides no contact information for help or assistance. I am extremely disappointed in Parking.com and will go out of my way to avoid using it in the future.

Pickup on time All good

The cost for parking is overpriced. This is both for Visitors and Overnight parking. Visitors parking should be longer than 2 hours.

On the other hand, it was well lit and we had no problem with vandalism.

$30 for parking at an airport hotel using plastic silverware and with kids everywhere? Get the heck out of here. Huge ripoff. Then signage that says you have to pay before entering the building before learning inside that parking is $10 cheaper? Insanity.

Very expensive.

It was too expensive ,25 usd by day, considering that it was an open parking, no security extra,no valet parking, nothing else, just the car park. And why did I need to instal an app to pay? Very invasive, innnecesary.

The process was super easy especially for those that are technology weary.

The hotel is excellent. Spacious rooms, and great ambiance design, however, to no fault of the hotel, it's on the flight path of MIA runway, so every flight until midnight or so, you feel and hear all aircraft in full power as it ascends.

Negative experience, parking at the hotel is extremely expensive, without any attraction to justify it. No covered garage, no valet and no special features.

It was to confusing. Pay the hotel for parking or some app. You charged tax on parking that is outrageous. You are the only city to charge an additional tax on top of the price for parking. Every other city includes all taxes in the price for parking

Too expensive ($25.00) per 24 hour period. Too many local hotels offer free parking. Will not stay here next time. In fact have already booked (30+ days) at another location having free and secure parking.
