App is terrible. Sometimes doesn't change which vehicle I've got that day and I end up with a parking ticket. And the payment system doesn't always work. And lastly this is a small town and paying $3.75 a day for parking is ridiculous.

Parking lot maintained over winter. Couple pot holes that need to be repaired but overall good.

The manager called me after i was told they would. Pl was always slippery in the winter and entrances not maintained.

No snow has been removed from the parking lot. Lot already didn't have enough spots for how many people have to park. The second entrance is almost blocked by the pile of snow, affecting approx 20 parking spots at just the one end of the lot. This isn't Toronto, many peoplento not have access to public transit and must drive.

Unfortunately, there is no monthly parking option available here since it is very inconvenient to remember to pay for parking on an app every single day. Additionally, the parking attendants park their cars in the driveway, and it isn't easy to get out and pass by them.

This app says error after I’ve paid and then I get ticketed. This happens constantly and has become a huge expense.

Snow removal is terrible. I couldn't even park there because the snowbanks are taking over the lot. Last winter, I had a slip and fall and hurt myself pretty baddly because the lot has not been sanded. I emailed and no one bothered getting back to me. 👎

Worst service as very slow website. No option to choose or pay multiple days togayher

Summer spring parking, I not no issues. Winter however HORRIBLE. The plow company you have is terrible and most of the spots are covered by snow banks and limits a HUGE amount of spaces. I work shift work and half the time I cannot get a spot. The parking lot is a mess and no one knows where spots are making the lot impossible to drive through.

Got there early enough to get a spot. It looks like it’s getting tight around 9 am with all the snow. Probably will have to haul away piles of snow soon.

Got a parking ticket while my session said I could leave by 1244 but the ticket was issued At 1226

I can't add a payment option. Customer service doesn't know when it will be fixed.

Google pay also broken. App and web gave cryptic error.

I was able to guest checkout on second day trying which is cumbersome.

The parking area itself is great.

I kept trying to put a credit card on my account and I kept getting an error message and now it only works on a browser and not the app

Over all, not a bad app. Would have given another star if I could figure out how to set favorite locations.

the posted daily rate on the board was not the same rate i was charged for the day.
As a one time user, i found it a bit clunky to use the site to add my licence plate and then physically add my credit card number - there may be tools to take a pic of the licence plate and scan a cc card for easier park and pay. Otherwise, it is clean and convenient and well managed with security often seen in the site. Safe place.

App is impossible, website sends you in circles, and parking in the lot and texting/ scanning the code and paying takes upwards of 10 minutes

Very convenient way of paying for parking.
