I bought a parking ticket for the Browns game on Sunday, October 31. 2021. All roads to the deck were closed! Complete waste of money! Please send me a refund.
I paid $45 to reserve my parking for Browns game & could not park in the garage because the traffic director would not let me in because he said was for employees only. I had to go to a different parking garage & pay again to park after prepaying for a place I could not use. Not happy at all & feel I should be refunded my money!
I pre-purchased parking for Cleveland Browns game. I specifically searched "Cleveland browns stadium" and when the lot came up, I specifically chose, "Cleveland Browns vs Denver Broncos" option. I went ahead and pre-purchased the parking pass. When I arrived, the garage was CLOSED and after further (very confusing) inspection, saw that the fine print on my order said to exit before 2:00PM. The Game didn't even start until 8:20! I completely understand that I should have read the fine print, but for this to be advertised as parking for the game is completely misleading. After sitting in traffic I was so relieved to finally get to the (PRE-PAID) garage- ONLY TO FIND IT CLOSED! I ended up driving around looking for last minute parking, and ended up paying $50 in desperation. Yes, we missed the first quarter. Please be clear that if you're purchasing this lot for the Cleveland Browns game, it will not allow you to park here DURING THE GAME. I completely wasted my money (and time) booking with Parking.com
I’d give 0 stars if I could! Reserved a spot in the North Point Garage for a Browns game. Got to Cleveland EARLY for the game, but roads were closed and there was no way to the garage. This was not mentioned anywhere when buying the parking pass, and they would not refund it. Will never use parking.com again, and will make sure no friends or family do either. Such a waste of money. Ended up parking in a different garage for cheaper than the pass online. This website is a huge rip off. DO NOT USE PARKING.COM.

The only reason that I have given one star is because it is impossible to give zero stars. They are absolutely horrible and unethical.
Booked my reservation online.
Problem #1. They stated online and on my receipt that I could park until 11:59 p.m.. When I got there, I saw a sign that CLEARLY stated that your car had to be out by 9:00 p.m.
Bigger problem #2. When I got there, the entry machine was not working properly and would NOT scan my receipt. I pressed the HELP button, but no one responded.
I walked up to the booth, but no one was around. I called out and no one responded.
Therefore, I attempted to scan my receipt again- to no avail.
Therefore, I pressed the ticket button and obtained a ticket figuring that I could present my ticket with my receipt and advise them that their machine was malfunctioning and that they did not have anyone available to assist their customers.
After parking for five hours, I attempted to exit the facility. They refused to accept my paid receipt from sp+ and refused to allow me to exit their facility until I paid them again for the parking. Therefore, I had to pay $26.00 instead of $13.00.
The employee at North Point Garage told me that this happens all of the time with sp+ and that I would need to take it up with sp+ to get a refund.
I have tried to deal with sp+, but they simply do not care. They stated that I need to send them a copy of my paid receipt from North Point Garage, but they do not accept them via rext, fax, or regular mail. They would only accept them by e-mail. Edgar provided me with an e-mail address and I sent the receipt to them, but lo and behold I received an e-mail back from them instructing me that they no longer read the e-mails sent to this mailbox.
I called them back and advised Rene of the ongoing events and he could not be any less interested in my situation. He advised me that " You have to understand that it is not sp+'s fault."
Guess what, I do not understand that his company sold me a parking permit that was absolutely not worth the paper that it was printed on.
I am providing this feedback to other potential customers/victims of this company in order to warn you.
Caveat emptor- Latin for BUYER BEWARE!

The parking lot was great- but saying that I went online and purchased my ticket and only had the option of printing the ticket. When I arrived to the parking lot and tried to get into the garage the scanner was unable to read my code. I called the attendant and he was unable to help me as well. I bought another ticket and went my way. I later bumped into an attendant who was there when we were leaving and he stated " yeah - a few other people had that problem as well - sorry man - I would say call the company" that really sucks

I pre purchased my ticket through your site. When i got to the lot and scanned my ticket it said invalid ticket. Scanned again same message
Had to get a ticket. And paid again for something i already paid for. I called for assistance and no answer.

I purchased reservations at North Point Parking Garage. Received my reservation confirmation. Went to parking garage got in no problem. But getting out different story.
The reservation and tickets came to my iPhone with the bar code, The instructions said to print the ticket but since there was a bar code, and I didn’t have a printer I thought I could use the bar code to get out! Boy was I wrong! There was no way to scan bar code to get out! The attendant came and I showed him my purchased reservations on my phone and the bar code to get out but that didn’t matter. He said I had to print out the tickets. I explained that I didn’t have a printer so I couldn’t print them out and I did use the bar code to get in, so why is there no way to use the bar code to get out?
I had to pay another 13.00 dollars at the booth to get out! Never again!
