Purchased a daily parking pass online…

Purchased a daily parking pass online for a live concert at The Fillmore Charlotte. It was convenient and the pricing was reasonable.

Got a ticket because the license plate…

Got a ticket because the license plate was not read correctly. Not only did I have to pay for parking but got a $75 ticket. When asked about the ticket the clerk said there is nothing she could do, use code to dispute. I certainly did dispute showed receipts three days later still no response. It's a total ripoff with no thinking put into reading the license plate. I will not stop until I get this ticket removed. Ruined a perfectly good night.

Very confusing to add license plate…

Very confusing to add license plate after making reservation. Had to call customer service, my reservation couldn’t be found but eventually was able to add it.
Get to parking garage, no place to scan issued QR code. Found parking lot attendant across street from garage entrance, clearly SP+ parking attendants. They indicated no need to scan QR code. Hell anyone could have parked in there.

Received a parking ticket from another…

Received a parking ticket from another organization despite paying for parking with this one. You need a better way to communicate to those checking for parking.

The program was very easy to maneuver…

The program was very easy to maneuver for someone who is young and used to a smart phone. The elderly; however, would be very confused. I wasn’t happy about the rate for parking in the area where I was but I’m sure you don’t dictate that factor.

I scanned the QR code and still received a ticket!

I scanned the QR code, paid and upon returning to my vehicle, I received a $75.00 parking violation!

was a difficult experience hotel didn’t…

was a difficult experience hotel didn’t inform us that they did not own the parking lot causing us to pay $50 and get $25 back after the trip for insurance… Crazy
