I have all my information saved but half the time your system doesn’t work and the camera doesn’t recognize my car’s license plate. The idea and concept is amazing but you fall pretty short in implementation. Thats very unfortunate!

The barcode didn't work, the garage people said it was not valid, and I had to pay again to get out.

The garage was fine, exit system confusing.
The garage was fine - signage was good, enough space for medium size cars. The garage and elevator were clean and well lighted. However the scanner by the elevator did not recognize the bar code on my prepaid parking ticket. I called help and was told to use the scanner at the exit, which I did. That worked.
