I wasn’t there not even 2 minutes after I paid because my daughter was released from jury duty and we left but I couldn’t speak to someone to see about getting my money back

The parking attendant was AMAZING!
Not so much the parking lot itself, except that the location was right across from the building I was going to. The parking lot attendant, however, was AMAZING!! The parking lot was pretty much full, but he squeezed me in a corner spot when I explained that I had an appt. in the building right across the street. He was very kind and helpful.

Easy in & easy out.
Got into the lot, which was quite full, but still able to find a space to park. So easy to just take out my phone and use an app/website to pay & confirm parking.
