The parking garage for which I paid does not exit. I was ripped off.

I was unable to leave the parking garage due to a faulty record keeping system. I don't know if the failure was human or a computer system or both. Additionally, the after-hours attendant on duty was not helpful initially and I had to call them twice. Eventually, a person showed up, asked me to write my name on on my paid receipt ticket and then took the receipt into their office.
I won't use parking.com or this garage again on future visits to the area.

This was a great parking spot. It was close to Busch Stadium and a great price compared to other options. The one bad part was actually finding the garage, which proved to be quite difficult. It took us about 10 minutes, because there were multiple addresses printed on the pass and they both took us to the wrong location. Eventually we figured it out after pulling into the wrong garage, which was owned by the same company and someone told us where to go. We might have made it more difficult than it needed to be, but multiple addresses certainly didn't help. Once we were in the garage we got a spot immediately inside (didn't have to deal with the norm of having reserved spots on the first level) and had a quick exit later too!
Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely book here again!
