Paying ahead of time was awesome. We were guaranteed a spot!

I went on line and paid for my parking. When I got to the parking lot it was full

I picked this lot because of its proximity to the venue. I had ankle surgery recently and needed to limit how far I had to walk. We prepaid for a spot even giving a license number in advance because they were supposed to be checking. When we arrived an hour before the event started we found out that the only remaining spaces were reserved and had large signs saying anyone that parked there would be towed away. We called the CS number and they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded our money. That’s great but what do we do now? Had to scramble to find another place to park and walk further than I planned. If you are going to guarantee a spot by using the license plate numbers then you need to have someone there controlling the situation.

Was led to believe that there would be an attendant to validate my reservation and license plate, but no one was there checking 1) when I arrived, 2) when I checked back an hour later, or 3) when I left. Ended up with a parking ticket, which was resolved when I sent proof of my reservation and plate number. I’m guessing something unusual happened here because most reviews are great; just keep your receipts handy. I’d give it a second chance, but I was a little nervous I’d be out 70 bucks over this.

If I could give a negative number I would. We reserved a parking spot and when we got to the lot the attendant said the lot was full!! When I called parking.com the next day I was told that the lot where I reserved was a "first come first serve" lot. I mean really when you reserve a spot it means when you get there you have a spot to park. I will never use this service AGAIN EVER!

Paid for a spot. Parked in the only open spot at the time. Was issued an $80 citation. All thumbs down.

It was my first time using parking.com. Very convenient to have a close spot reserved and not have to drive around trying to find a spot close to Taft Theatre.

Getting setup and paid was simple. I was very upset when I was blocked in due to a cone being removed and a truck blocking me and my family in, so we had to wait to get out of our spot.

Lot was in poor condition. Needs much maintenance. Price was too high. Won't be using it again.

I was glad to have a spot reserved for me to park in. The convenience of paying and saving me a spot online before I arrived was a relief.

Convenient location. Parking worked exactly as expected. We pulled in and met the Attendant in the lot. He checked our license plate, and we parked. Simple as that.

The helpful man at the parking lot was able to verify my parking purchase, and it really was as close as the ad said it was!

Easy way to park! Close to venue. Will definitely use again for future trips downtown.

I arrived at the lot, but is was already full. I had to pay to park on anther block in stead.

Very close to the Taft Theater and am glad there was a live parking lot attendant. He looked at our prepaid voucher and instructed us where to park. Very easy. Parking was a bit tight but no door dings!

Instructions for self parking were non-existent. Several spots were blocked with cones so we assumed that they were reserved for those of us who pre-paid so we moved a cone and parked. There was no attendant there at the timeframe. We didn't get towed so I guess all was good.
