I had to repay when exiting because there no such thing as online payment & your guard was just horrible service. Email about getting a refund for my second payment and never received a response.
The parking lot would not take my prepayment that I made online with Parking.com and had to pay an additional $22

Service not good

The ground floor parking attendant sends me to the parking structure. The parking structure attendant told me that I should have parked on the ground floor.
There are so many options around 545 Main Street, I will never use this service again
