I paid in advance, and couldn’t get out of the garage…so I had to pay again and was out $15.

We paid ahead of time and everything seemed to work just as planned. The parking spaces are pretty small, so fair warning ahead of time. We have a small SUV, so it worked just fine for us. The elevator(s) and license plate camera worked just fine.

Overall good experience. Garage has a lot of reserved spaces, so be prepared to go higher up. As someone who was visiting from out of town and doesn’t live in a big city, just a little more explanation on how the process works on the website would be helpful for first timers.

No option to refund. The streets were closed with no access to the garage. I wasn't able to park here.

I love the aspect of purchasing parking ahead of the event, and when it works it’s wonderful. I don’t like how frustrating it was to make the purchase. I had to try many, many, times before it worked. It wouldn’t take the credit card even removing and reentering it, and no it wasn’t the card nor was it entered incorrectly. It’s a saved card that I use literally daily with no problem.

Went to the parking garage and they told me that my pass was invalid

Easy - just prepay and show code at the garage, quick & easy. Easier than using cash or credit card. Website could be a little better - didn’t allow me to choose “event parking”, had to select a start & end time which was a bit confusing, had to estimate times.

Ended up in the 6th floor after passing tons of reserved spots. Getting out took forever. Elevator only held 6-7 people at a time.

Absolutely terrible! The code didn’t work. I tried to call the help number on the machine and it didn’t work. There was no one around to ask, as it was the weekend. Ultimately to get out I had to pay for parking AGAIN! So I was double charged. I will never use this service again!

Prepurchaed parking and it was a breeze. 😊

QR code for ticket didn't work. Called for assistance with the button and the lady was of no help.

paid for parking in advance because i was performing at palace theater with my marching band. i get to the parking garage and the qr code they gave me doesn’t even scan. so i take a ticket because no one came when i pressed the button for help, and it turns out that after events they just leave the garage open to leave so you don’t even actually have to pay. so why did they sell me parking on a day i don’t have to pay?? idk but i wasted $20

Purchase parking in advance and received a QR code which did not work. There was no attendant on-site. Had the hassle of paying twice (had to pay more at the garage) and calling to get a refund.

We came for an event at the Palace. Wanted to park close. This garage was perfect. Bought parking pass online ahead. The attendant scanned the pass and told us we could exit any gate anytime that night. Exiting after the event with many many other cars couldn't have easier and timely. Thank you.

I just purchased a prepaid parking pass for an event. I paid $5.99 and my friends paid $15.

We did not end up using the garage because of the mammoth traffic back-up. No time to wait: we had tickets for a show at the Palace Theater.

The first 5 levels were for reserved and small cars, not a big deal, so I had to park in the top floor to find an open space. After the event your elevator broke so I had to walk up the steps to the top flour, that’s wouldn’t have been a big deal but I just had knee surgery….. it took me an hour to climb up all the stairs

Quick and easy. Paying online was simple. It was nice to know where I was parking and pay for it in advance. Clean garage. Close to Palace Theater.

Reserved and paid for parking in advance at a garage in Columbus. Scanned the code to enter garage. Received an error that ode was incorrect. Tried several times, finally gave up and took a ticket, thinking I had to scan on the way out. After meeting, tried to exit...no go. Scanned and received error I had an incorrect code. Had to call the service center and they told me to turn up brightness...already at max Take out ticket and try again. Nope. Finally...15 mins later, after I provided code on the receipt, they raised the gate to allow me to exit. The was not a smooth process and very disappointed. Not sure I would use this again.
