Joe Lot put misinformation. Joe Lot stated it is convenient for jury duty and it implied that it give discount.
It specified rate $33 for 12 hours with expectation that it is prorated. I was at jury duty for 2 hours and 21 minutes and Joe Lot charged me $33. At Jury duty I received discount bar code but it was not useful at Joe Lot. I suggest you try to avoid this parking place.

The service representative understood and responded to our double billing with efficiency.

Coming from out of town downtown was confusing. Attendant in parking lot double checked plate and assisted.

This the worst parking lot in Houston Texas. For my job I have park in this paking lot over 150 out of the year. During this time then overcharged and booted after showing proof paid. I had over 6 coworkers they had the same hapen to them in the pass too. There are parking lots right next to this one and cheaper.

I was overcharged for my parking session and when I tried to speak to someone in customer service about it they said there was nothing they could do about it. I would never use this parking lot again.

Resetting password in my account was horribly impossible … kept getting error messages and couldn’t log in. Very frustrating while sitting in the parking lot!

I parked my truck and was booted 1 min and 30 secs later. Came out to 2 boots on my truck after I had paid almost $40 for parking. TRASH!

A boot was put on my car even after I paid $31.99 for parking. And I had to pay $108 before the boot was even taking off even after I showed proof of paid parking.
