$10.99 for parking is ridiculous! Will never park in your lot again! Then when time was running out and ask if one wanted to add time, it was another $10.99. What a ripoff! Shame on you!

Drive your little clown car to park to avoid door dings
The parking lot has been striped so narrow, that it's impossible to get out of a Honda Ridgeline! I wouldn't want to have to park there in an F-150 or equivalent. I know you need spaces but for frog snacks!

Disappointed
It should have said it was a flat rate no matter how long you put in for. Also, I had to completely start over when it timed out rather than just add to the time. That is inconvenient.

Site was very cumbersome
Site was very cumbersome, difficult to manage on my phone, as it was not very intuitive. Frustrating that it took me 10 minutes to pay for an hour of parking. Don't want to save my credit card on your site, as I can't afford for you to be hacked.

Parking was great
The parking lot was a close distance to nearby restaurants and the mill and mine venue. We had to walk around 5 min to each destination.

Double charged for my parking
I could not tell that the charge went through, so I did it a second time. I was billed double. When I called to have the charge removed, I kept having to leave voicemails-cannot talk to anyone and no one will return my vm. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I have spent over an hour trying to fix.
