ABOVE AND BEYOND !!! Please read!!!
The staff at Valet Terminal A are outstanding and went above and beyond to help me out over the Thanksgiving Holiday. My Suburban was being valet parked stalled when being driven on the up ramp. The manager on duty, Aria Smith-Lampkin, called me to advise me of the situation and trouble shoot the issue. I was already boarded on my flight and had no way to get back to address the situation in person. Her staff quickly determined the vehicle was low on fuel and because of the ramp incline the fuel was not reaching the engine. She had five members of her staff physically push the vehicle up the ramp to clear it. She then sent one of her employees to the gas station where they purchased a 5 Gallon Gas Can and Fuel. They filed my vehicle with the 5 gallons to make sure my vehicle was operable when I returned from my trip on December 3, 2024. Aria fronted her our own personal funds to make this happen! I made sure to make sure she was reimbursed. I’m speechless, what an amazing display of professional and leadership Aria displayed it’s rare to find this these days! To do this anytime much less during the busiest travel days of the years at one of the busiest airports in the country. That’s amazing ! Much appreciated !!! The staff at Terminal A Valet are hard working caring people in an era and place where it’s not ever expected.

Our Echo Parking is wonderful. I reserved a spot under cover, therefore I was able to park in the full lot. The roundtrip shuttle transportation is great. My only complaint is always when I exit the lot at the pay gate. I had the barcode on my phone and the woman put the ticket into the machine then asked to see my proof of the dates. She didn't scan my barcode. When I couldn't find the original email with the receipt , she opened the gate to let me exit. This always seems to happen when I prepay.
