The APP worked well. it seems that charging administrative fees on top of paid parking is excessive -given that there is no alternative ..Other parking apps seem to include lesser fees.

The app is difficult to navigate. I put in the place and time, and then it says pick a location?? I struggle with it every time. I park there every couple of weeks and like to set it up ahead of time. I don’t understand why I can’t just pick the place, put in the time and it should say book!

I parked without too much effort…
I parked without too much effort working with the app. However I have had numerous issues parking with app and recognize the parking location code. You just do not know if you are going to be able to use it.

3 hours + 15 min is twice the cost
Initially it was fine for the first 3 hours. But it took an additional 15 min that cost the same as the first 3 hours. Somehow that doesn't compute in my book.

Service fees are too high and “citations” when I’ve forgotten to pull out the app are punitive in a way that makes me resent your lazy company. Seriously, eff off.

Easy to use app
Easy to use app, parking lot fairly tight with no signage on one way alley.

Hopefully never again
I have to get out of my car to read the instructions, then go back to my car to get the numbers off my plates.
I was running late so none of this helped.
Once I got to the restaurant I had to finish the whole procedure.
Also, the parking lot was horrid. When I finally found a spot the lot the slope was so bad I couldn't keep my door open to get out.
