Gotta call someone to get let out and deal wiith that for five minutes waste of time

Once upon a time the prices used to be worth it.. Now they're just charging $30 and keep increasing.. I used to like them when they used to have deals and prices were reasonable like $10 but now its basically free for all... Plus, the parkings are not that great and no clear signage.. Needs improvement and prices needs to be improved and they need to stop being greedy...

They changed the time when I made the reservation for so when I got to the parking garage they said the QR code was expired but I think they just overbooked for the time I was looking for just to take my $34. Waste of money, waste of time

I found parking right away.

It was complicated and not very clear how to do the transaction. It took me a long time to do this.

Very convenient and simple. Their service is particularly good.

It was a terrible experience leaving my car at this location. I was tired from traveling and went to park the car at 11:30 pm. The gate did not work and the gate closed in a few minutes, leaving me stuck inside the parking lot without any support. Even so, I left my car and purchased parking to pick up my car on Sunday morning. When I tried to leave, the machine did not recognize the code and I was once again stuck at this location. There is no support on site and there is no phone support. This parking lot seems like a nightmare. I suggest that no one uses this location.

I purchased parking online and when I went to the parking lot there was no space. And still I got charged full amount even though I exited lot in 10 minutes.

Fuimos al parqueo y no pudimos entrar, ni otras personas tampoco. Tratamos varias veces con codigo que nos enviaron y no funciono. Llamamo a servicio al cliente y no contestaron. Perdimos el dinero

When using the app it never lets me out I’ve had to pay an extra $4 twice and call for help each time

Very easy in an out when you use the online purchase. Additionally, the savings were great for parking in that area.

Easy to set up and get in/out. Felt good to know I had a spot and did not have to worry about parking.

We weren't familiar with the area, so it was nice to know a spot would be waiting for us and we just used Maps to get exactly where we needed to be.

Easy in and easy out. Nice folks working there as well.
