Easy to pre pay for the convention. And quick at the gate.

I was able to purchase the parking I needed quickly. The QR Code scanned on my phone, so there wasn't an issue when I parked.

Was not easy to find at first but everything else was easy.

This is the second time I’ve tried to use your site for parking for an event. The first time it charged me but never gave me my registration page. This time you didn’t even take my payment before dropping my session. Not a fan.

I prepaid for parking but we had to pay again to leave the parking lot. It was a rip off. Paid $22 for a $6 parking spot.

Charged me $15 to prepay for Gold Lot, when we arrived the lot was closed so I had to pay $20 to park in the Blue Lot. Total rip-off! Do not pre-pay, the lot might be closed.

I assume this is referring to GA WCC yellow lot. There are 2 directions to approach it. Turns out I missed the lot because in the direction I came in there is no signage or indication whatsoever that it was the entrance. You can only see the signage approaching from the other direction. So due to heavy traffic it took me a half hour longer to make my way back and park. Moreover there is no direct turn into the lot from one of the directions which obviously shows complete incompetence on the part of the designers/planners. So in summary a lot of inherent inadequacies that makes parking an unpleasant hassle.
