QR code didn’t work/scan so I had to oay again when I got there.

I was 5 min past my prepaid time and at the exit they changed me another parking fee that was even higher than I originally paid. Felt like an extortion!

Booking a lot near my work is so easy and quick. The garage I use is enclosed, clean and heated in the winter!

Entry code didn’t work. Then the lady was super rude when I tried to tell her. Also rude on the way out when the scan didn’t work to get out

Card scanner didn't work. Service on intercom took 20 minutes to resolve the card scanner issue. Accidently pulled in and still got charged $20 for 1 minute in lot, plus the 20 minutes waiting on service.

The price and the convenience. Need some more lights but seems to be a secure environment.

Easy to find, enter and exit! Felt very secure, great location and price!

Paid for a week of parking. After taking the car out during that week, our code did not allow us back in. Called customer service from the entry box, was told to take a ticket and then when it was time to leave again, use the ticket and then the original code to open the gate. The original code did not work, said it hadn't been used to access the garage, so we had to pay extra to get out of the garage.

I double checked the address, then paid for parking on the app. Got to the garage and the machine wanted a bar code to let me in. The confirmation email had a QR code. I pulled ticket and drove in. I couldn’t get into the garage after my event and had to call the attendant. After confirming my reservation, he opened the door for me. Then I couldn’t get my car out. Another call to attendant who wanted to charge me for another hour because by this this time I was 6 minutes past my exit time! I’ll never park here again.

Excellent convenient big parking spaces

I drove past it twice because there was no sign or description of what to look for on the building. SpotHero shows you a picture and/or has a clear description of where the entrance is. Once I found the place, parking and leaving went fine and it was a reasonable rate.

I have been overcharged at least 4 times. I park there for $14.50 a day. I have been charged $80, $35x4…all because of malfunctioning scanning equipment.

However, the facility is clean and secure, which keeps me coming back.

Nice garage. Clean and it seems to be enough parking for residents, and guests. I didn’t have any trouble finding this location. A smooth transition.

The phone help line is very bad...! The person who answered me has a bad attitude..., and I had to hang up the phone 📵

Barcode would not open gate. I tried all entrances, multiple times. I had to buy a ticket at the entrance to park. On top of paying for the parking here.

The parking itself was good. However, when buying a week-long stay, I'd expect to be able to take my car out at least once (and in fact any number of times) without needing to pay extra. This was not the case. Sure, you can hide that in the small print, but is the wear and tear on the gate really that expensive for opening it some more times? (Yes that is sarcasm.)

I was still charged at the gate to exit as if the qr code I purchased wasn’t even valid.
