Flexible parking experience
The parking experience was simple and tied to my plate, not my parking space.

Your app is not good
Your app is not good! When you search for a zone, find the zone, why is there no option to the then pay for that zone or why doesn't it LIST the zone number!! i've been forced to use your app so many times and i get so frustrated every time.

Starting a new session is horrible
I missed the deadline to renew, so I had to make a new parking session. I was far from the parking lot, so I just tried to search for it by name because I didn’t remember the code since I used the QR code when first paying. However, when searching by name I couldn’t find any way to pay. I had to search around to find the code to start a new session. It was so roundabout. You should just be able to click on the name of the lot and have an option to pay.

easy, quick set up!
i forgot to pay before i made it down to the beach, a woman next to us had a qr code and i was able to set up payment for my spot right away!

Easy to understand how to pay

The ticket people will give you a ticket before you have a chance to purchase your overpriced parking fee.
The person approached my car almost immediately after I parked & Walked to the kiosk.
