Got swindled
The signs were vague. First 3 hours free, $1 per hour after that. so I put down 4 hours just to be safe. I got charged $5.00. I don’t care about the money, but the way you and the city of Davis swindled it bugs me a bit.

I was confused about when to pay
I was confused about when to pay. It makes sense to pay when done, not at the beginning. I did it at end not beginning like in the old days. I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to do it that way. I had to call to figure out if that was going to make me get a ticket.
