be careful
they offer an app to pay for your parking. make sure you pay and get a confirmation while still in the car. I was towed within 4min. of parking. as I was walking toward the train, on the phone inputting the details, I was being towed. this app isn't for your convenience, but for theirs.

App doesn’t allow you to extend time …
App doesn’t allow you to extend time and is very clunky. Signage at lot is poor and looks suspicious like it’s a scam lot. Two stars because price was not exorbitant

Place sucks forget to pay and you don't even get a ticket? You get towed, yes towed hello $240 plus storage? That is unbelievable for a CTA lot and should not be allowed.

The website sucks
The website sucks. Streamline a payment screen. Took me 10 minutes to figure out where to select a parking rate. Truly absurd

DON'T PARK HERE
DON'T PARK HERE! They will tow your car for no reason. The app will override your plate number. Scam central. I emailed them and no response. Unable to call them too.

I have paid for daily parking three…
I have paid for daily parking three different times. And it is very convenient because I commute to work. However when I tried to pay for monthly parking I was told monthly parking is not available yet I am able to park daily? It seems like you prefer that I spend more money with daily parking. Every day I walk pass on my way to work and on my way back from work I see multiple open parking spots. Yet there is no monthly parking available?

Avoid booking parking in advance
I booked a parking and when i reached the the location , there was no parking spot available. and App does not have any option for requesting the refund

Terrible. I cannot believe that I pay religiously…
I cannot believe that I pay religiously every day to park my car…..and, one day I forget, and my car gets towed! If you would let me pay it monthly, this would not happen. This happened twice. I’ve paid that disgusting towing company over $500 already.
I am not happy about the price increasing.
I do not like walking to my car in the dark. Lights are a necessity in this world of crime! If someone gets attacked they will sue you…as they should.
I am a senior citizen and I feel like I’m being taking advantage of. If this was not the “only” place to park, believe me, I WOULDN’T be parking here!
