Address was incorrect and not named correctly. The parking lot was easy to get into once we found and we had no troubles getting in or out.

The process was very simple from start to finish. I was able to book my parking ticket quickly with ease, and the check in process at the structure was very simple and we were able to find a good parking stall fairly quickly. It made our experience a little less stressful. I would use this service again in the future.

I was there to attend WWWY 2024 festival. There was no waiting/queue line to get into the parking lot. There were plenty of parking spaces. The parking lot was very close to the concert/venue (Las Vegas Festival Grounds), so we can walk back and forth to the vehicle as needed. There were security guards overseeing the lot the whole time, so it gave me a sense of relief that my vehicle is well protected.

The event was canceled and I did not get a refund

The Lovers and Friends was canceled and I didn’t park at Circus Circus and I didn’t get a refund either.

Parking was linked to concert. When concert was cancelled parking pass went away. Was not able to request refund for parking because it was deleted from the account. No refund was given.

My festive was cancelled. I emailed about possibly having a future credit or a refund, nobody has gotten back to me.

I purchased parking in advance because I’m from out of town and wanted to know where I was going ahead of time. They oversold the parking and had me park elsewhere which I got lost going to and wasted so much time finding it and getting reorganized. The gentleman who “helped” me was also very rude.

At the time we arrived, parking structure 1 was full and we were redirected to perking structure 2. Half way up parking structure 2 we were told the structure was full and to turn around, but were not given any instruction on where to park instead. It took well over 15 minutes for the attendants to begin redirecting people to another lot, which they could not confirm even had any space available. The delay in parking and lack of coordination caused us to miss two performers for the Sick New World festival. The lack of preparation and coordination between the parking staff is unacceptable for an event so large. It would not have been difficult for staff to be informed ahead of time what the backup parking options were, and to have staff be more on top of how full the structure is before sending dozens of cars into a structure already at maximum capacity.

Great experience. Worked out really well for the event. I would recommend this.

Easy parking. Very smooth.

the main lot was full & staff didn't kno where or what we were all looking for even tho they were at intersection guiding traffic and were wearing 'Event Staff' vest. we ended up in the overflow lot which was actually closer to our event :) so that was good. it took an hr+ to get to park tho. but it felt safe and was well lit the entire time.

I was able to successfully cancel my reservation because the festival was cancelled.

I pre-purchased 4 days early, my ticket for parking($40) for the *Sick New world* concert in Vegas on April 27.. given me a piece of mind knowing I'd have parking.I even had to give then my plate number. I got there & was told, "Sorry, all spots have been filled. I was so upset! I then had to waste my time driving around looking for parking elsewhere. Lesson learned.. DO NOT PREPAY this company for parking. ~T.L.

Once in got there they said all parking was full and couldn’t park at circus parking and just lost money for parking

Worst parking experience and for $50! Complete circus with a bunch of clowns running them. Parking attendants directing traffic don’t know where the parking lots are and forget it if you’re ADA, poor folks parked beside us had to walk long distance.

No one had any idea what the hell was going on. And I pre paid and there were no spots left.

My experience using Parking.com was very positive. The app was very user friendly and purchasing a parking pass was quick and easy.
