Falsely advertised rate
The physical parking lot was advertised as $5, but I was charged $10 when I paid for it online. We were heading to an event and I didn’t want to be late, so I just paid it. Then I tried to reach out to customer service to notify them of the issue by using their website to send them an email (even referencing the purchase confirmation number), but it did not allow the emails to go through. So they overcharged, and there was no recourse or ability to communicate.

Pretty clunky app
Pretty clunky app. I input wrong license plate number on my first reservation. No option to fix it. Submitted a support ticket, but not optimistic it'll be addressed. Later I needed to extend my reservation time for a reservation, and the app wouldn't let me actually input the amount of time I needed to extend. Overall not a user friendly experience.

kind of predatory imo
It didn't make any sense... The lot I parked in promised a flat $5 evening rate, but parking.com asked me to choose how many hours I wanted, and when I ended up needing more time, parking.com tried to charge me another $5 for an extra hour! absolutely wack...
