The entrance was blocked by about 10 cars. There was no possibility of using the reservation and still making our concert. I ended up going to another parking garage.

Personnel were very well organized. Did not take long to accept our vehicle and were very quick on vehicle retrieval.

I booked a parking spot and paid extra for oversized vehicle as I have an SUV and when I arrived the staff was rude and said I should have called which did not make sense at all since everything is managed online nowadays (that’s why I paid the oversized option). Anyway they did not take my car and had to go find another parking and called to get a refund.

The service at the Carnegie Parking was outstanding. Each employee was friendly, professional, and efficient. Park in there is extremely expensive, but on a par with other parking garages

Daily pricing increased without warning, and not competitive with other nearby parking garages. No consideration for loyal customers.

Easy to find, the boys who took care of me really nice.

The staff was quick and polite. They were quick with receiving my car and we did not have to wait a long time for them to bring the car back to us when we were ready to leave. I would use them again if I needed parking in the area.

Waited an hour for our car. Staff were friendly and hardworking but that don’t mean they don’t screw up.

Service was acceptable but slow. Staff was gruff and loud. Apparently more staff was needed.

when we got there, 56th street was blocked and we couldn't get into the garage. we called and was given two options, getting full refund or going to another garage nearby with detailed directions. It was a stress free experience.

I Have been parking at this location for over 15 years, initially as a daily customer, then as a monthly, and after COVID as a daily for the days I work at the office. I am a loyal customer. I was disappointed that the rates at this location was so much more than other garages on 56th street, so I had to call to bring this to the attention of the company. The Customer service rep's response was then go park elsewhere.
