Car was parked quickly, and pick up was fast. Attendant was friendly and courteous.

garage attendant drove the car with the parking brake on and then told me it was okay to do so and wanted me to move on.

I went to park in the garage from hotel…
I went to park in the garage from hotel . The two men were rude to myself and my daughter. Claiming I didn’t have an orange ticket . No one at hotel told me I needed that. They refused to let my daughter go to lobby to get said ticket . I had to go out of garage and go back to hotel around the corner . The whole situation was confusing and seems everyone doesn’t know the proper procedure. Waste of everyone’s time.
These people manners need to be addressed. And new protocol for parking car.

Oswaldo!!! Your parking attendant was respectful, courteous, good listener and a first class representative of your company. I do not know any other members of your company so my impression of you is Oswaldo. Through him, I left thinking that you are one of the best customer friendly companies in DC.

Made Washington, D.C. parking easier…
Very patient with explaining the process for the remote parking. Then when you are ready to pick your car up, just give them a call and they bring your car back to the motel. Made it very easy, and they were very polite to work with.
