Scanner did not work exiting parking lot. The operator claimed she could not find a record of my order number and I would have to pay for a lost ticket. This despite the fact that I had both the entry ticket and my Parking.com reservation/bar code with me. FORTUNATELY, (otherwise it would have been zero stars), a live attendant walked up, and politely took care of the situation and got us out. Other reviewers months before me had same issue, so doesn’t look like your company really uses these surveys to fix anything.

I was going to a concert on October 24 and bought a parking spot at Bus Barns Garage online. I was sent a QR code and it didn’t work. I tried upon arrival to the garage and leaving and it didn’t work. I had to pay a second time. I would like a refund.

My QR code would not work. I had to pay twice. I called you and told you. Sent credit card receipts and asked for credit. You never responded.

After we used the parking garage and went to pay, we drove up to the exit and scanned our ticket. The screen showed that we owed $10 and told us to put our credit card into the terminal. The machine never processed our card and after minutes went by the screen went back to the start. After trying a few times with no success I pressed the button on the intercom for customer service. The gentleman at customer service had me go through the entire process two more times with him on the phone with no luck. This is now multiple times of trying to pay. In addition to that the customer service representative tells me that I owed $11.50. I didn’t argue too much because at this point I had been trying to pay the ticket for over 15 minutes with a line of cars behind me. He then tells me that he needs my phone number so he can send me a link to pay the ticket which took additional time because of course there was a code sent to my phone that I needed to relay to him through the intercom.
Stop removing workers/representatives from being present at your facilities because when your machines don’t work and you’re wasting customers time you’re also then losing customers. Had 7 other people with me that will never park in your garage again. You’re lucky I am a honest person and paid the ticket.
Charged for parking but not allowed to park.
I was charged 21.50 for parking on my Cash app card and sent an confirming email with a link to the bar code to scan. When i arrived at the Bus Barns Garage the email had been removed and the Parking.com app showes no record of this transaction. Of course my card was still charged but no service was rendered. I would like my money put back on my cash app card.

It was great to buy online BUT
It was great to buy online for the price, BUT it was terrible when I got there. It wouldn't scan at all and kept saying invalid. I don't know if it was an electrical error or not due to seeing many other cars struggling to get out of the facility as well. And another couple trying to scan in. Luckily, we were able to make it out of there without issues, but it was only because a guy had popped the bar up.
Paid for parking ahead of time
Paid for parking ahead of time, went to go in, QR code was invalid, had to get a ticket and purchase again. Purchased with the same Credit card, it was rejected, but still received a charge on my account. I am currently disputing the first charge, the second looks like there was a credit given, so I will drop the dispute.

Life made easier
It was easy in and easy out. We went for an event at the Nissan stadium. We went early in the day to enjoy Downtown Nashville. The garage was conveniently located between the two locations. It also was in a great location to access the highway in a short period of time.

Paid in advance...used RF code to get in...got barcode ticket. Somewhat lucky, there was a guy taking tickets and putting them in the machine on exit. He said my barcode was not valid and wanted another $20. Showed him my payment receipt. He had to manually let me out. The folk waiting behind were not happy. What would have happened if the guy was not there?..I guess I would have been stung for another $20. Not going to use Parking.com again ..more like parking dot CON!!
