Would not refund a duplicate parking for the same car. Really bad service.

Always amazing service at this garage. My favorite place to park.

Simple process and excellent price

Easy reservation and quick in and out of garage

Online reservation system was seamless with detailed information about charges and oversize.
Attendant was friendly and checked car in quickly.
Pick up went well but car was blocked in so took about 10 minutes to move other cars. It was a different attendant (also friendly) and he was not very good at driving the oversized minivan. Fortunately I was watching and guided him around a post that he was about to hit (my only negative point). Rest of check out went well with everything prepaid, no surprises.

We reserved the parking on line a few days ago for Monday night parking and gave credit card number. This was suggested by the guy who rejected to take the car when we drove in. The same person again rejected us even we showed him the reservation and code on my cell phone. He told us we came to late as it was after 8:00 PM. This is really absurd. We will never use this services again.

I didn't use the parking, I cancelled. But it was very easy to navigate the website and reserve parking. And cancelling was also very easy. Thank you!

App was good, however the parking garage was not! When coming back to the garage to pick up my SUV, the worker that went to get my car for me sped out of the parking with my vehicle, slamming the breaks, then proceeded to rev my car in front of me as if it was funny. This not right, these are customer's cars and not something to toy with. Additionally this is damaging to the vehicle. Completely unacceptable.
Lastly, I preferred self-parking but they proceeded to do it for me regardless. Knowing this has made the situation feel that more concerning; Because now I don't know how my car was treated while I was gone.

Our two most recent Parking.com transactions went smoothly. We were asked to download the new app and all went well compared to past transactions.

Terrible. Paid $12 on the website and had to pay another $14 at check out.

The garage was a bit difficult to find on the first pass, but once I found it, the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy. In fact, the location is a plus since the entrance is in an alley and not on a busy street. Would definitely park here again.
