I paid online before I got to the…
I paid online before I got to the garage. I entered and took a ticket at the gate. When I exited, I scanned the ticket and the machine asked me to pay again and said no access when I scanned the QR code on parking app on phone. had to call for them to lift the gate.

Prepaid for a concert at Capital One Arena
Prepaid for a concert at Capital One Center, but the entrance was not where it was listed on my gps, so it ended up being VERY hard to find, but once I was able to find it parking was easy and safe. They also let me in 15 minutes early and didn’t charge me more, which was convenient and nice.

Location of the International Spy Museum is wrong
The location of the International Spy Museum, in Washington DC, on the Parking.com website is wrong. The website had the previous location of the museum (which moved in 2019) and the newer location was over a mile away near L'enfant Plaza. After discovering this we had to walk almost 30 minutes on a hot day and was late to our museum admission time.
Also, when exiting this garage the QR code on the app did not work and I had to call for help.

The code did not work
The code did not work. Had to ask for assistance. First they tried to make me pay again. Then after 10 minutes of frustrating discussion, they allowed me to exit.

They don’t tell you this online but…
They don’t tell you this online but make sure if you are booking for more than an hour to alway book for 12 hrs since it’s the same price. In other words, 2-12 hr permits have the same price. The only difference is that if you book a 2 hr permit and aren’t back in 2 hrs you get a hefty fee.
