Bad ownership and employees

Was charged $18.99 instead of the early bird rate and sent an email requesting the issue be resolved but have heard nothing about the issue.

The online payment is great but pricing has gone up $4 in two months that is why I am giving three stars.

Not getting early bird special. I arrive in time (around 6:30 am) for early bird special of $12 but I am charged $18. All signs indicate that early bird special is $12 but I still get charged $18. My parking session show I am always arrive for early bird special. But I always get charged more. Also rates also keep going up. In May early bird special was $8 but then I get charged $10. Now early bird is $12 and I am getting charged $18.

Outside staff for the other lot made it more difficult to understand who’s parking was who’s. They made it sound like we couldn’t park in your lot so

I was happy to have this parking option near my work one day a week but after just a month the price has already gone up by 2.00. Why did the price go up

The website showed that my payment went through and that my receipt would be emailed to but I got a ticket and when I checked my email, there was no receipt. The ticket is 3 times the parking rate. I won't be using this again.

It was great and easy, I just didn’t like the fact I got a text saying to pay again for longer time when the ppl told me outside it was a one time parking fee for the event, kinda confusing and was worried the car was gonna be towed but wasn’t gonna pay anotehr $20.

What can I said it save my day after looking for a empty space for my car i just funded my best spot to park my car

The parking area is well lit , very convenient and very accessible. The parking assistant is helpful.

I parked 2 nights at a downtown Sacramento lot that was advertised as bring 24 hr parking. The first night I was there. I scanned the QR code but cannot process payment on the site. The parking attendant happened to be there, he was very helpful and help me got the payment to work when I downloaded the app. The total was 15.99 and I parked for 18 hours. Second night I came back hoping to do the exact same thing. This time I was not able to pay for anything over 12 hours on all platforms ( text, app, website). I tried calling the customer service line but he was no help. I had to park my car else where until the time hits 12 hours. Only then I was able to park overnight. Please fix the payment issue on the app or build a ticket machine.
