Fair price. A small problem getting the pass to read in the scanner. I haven't seen the actual charge but so far, the process was as advertised.

Really convenient but can get better
Parking.com is super easy to use and guarantees the best rates. Having said this, I believe that (1) the site should offer a solution to extend parking time, and (2) the parking location should be more accurate. We were in front of a parking that was available on parking.com but the site recommended another a few blocks down.

Your online registration is deceptive
Your online registration is not clear. We signed up for what we thought was 3 days of access to our car, and it turned out to be one in and one out. So we got only one day of parking for our $152. The manager on site (when we finally found him) confirmed that the pertinent info was located in fine print and that any online booking was restricted to one in and one out.

Parking was hard to find with the gps address given
Parking was hard to find with the address. It said on Adams Street but our directions kept us going in circles. We finally saw the green sign with the 55 East Monroe while on Adams Street.

Very easy to use!
Very easy process to find/pay, and easy getting in and out of the garage with the QR code. Good price for the timeframe as well.

Jacked up price
We booked a spot in the parking garage to attend a theater performance. Unaware of the actual length of the performance we returned to the garage 55 minutes beyond our scheduled time . We were billed $44 for those 55 minutes at 10 pm when the garage was 80% empty. We originally contracted to pay $17 but ended up paying a total of $61, a totally jacked up price.

The gate automatically open
The gate recognizes the vehicle liscense plate so no need to scan code when leaving the parking lot

New feature.
Needs a way to extend time on reservations. Sometimes you get caught up in having a good time you go over the time expected when you reserve. If there were some way to extend your parking time it would be great.

Good parking spot, but never did find out about in-out privileges.
These guys got me a parking spot at a great price 3 minute walk from where I needed it. BUT, I never was able to find out if I had in and out privileges. I called customer support and they couldn't give me an answer, and the number they gave me for the local contact was never answered. I was not about to gamble $100+ that I wouldn't get back into the garage, so I left the car parked for the full three days.
