When we pulled into the garage we were greeted by a friendly attendant. He quickly checked us in by sending me a text.
When we returned I showed the attendant the QR code on my phone and he quickly got our car for us! I definitely would recommend this garage.

When I arrived I was told the lot was full. Doesn't my reservation hold a spot? I parked in the lot next door for the same price, with no coupon. Isn't it supposed to be less expensive with parking.com?
