Very difficult to use the app. There was a man asking where he could pay noting that he did not have a phone. Please add an option to pay with cash on-site

QR code is misleading
We used the QR code to pay for parking. We were charged an all day fee of $15. I only needed 2 hrs of parking, but wasn’t given any other options.
This is not acceptable, when your posted sign had the initial hour rate would be $5. I should have been able to pay a prorated potion for my second hour.
