Quick and easy. No issues

I wasn’t comfortable with having to register to the website to retrieve my car.

The employees are helpful, respectful and great! Their assistance to all that were waiting for their vehicles was spot on and the wait for my car was so quick. I would highly recommend the parking garage at 38 West 46th street for anyone who needs to park their car in the City. The next time I'm there, I know exactly where I'll be parking - thank you for making this experience the most stress-free experience I have ever had parking. Best - Maureen & Kathy

The process was easy and the parking was fine, but when I got to the lot, I realized I was paying almost double the rate that I would have paid if I had not booked online.

We had to wait nearly two full hours to have our car retrieved; hit there at 3:45 in the afternoon and didn’t receive our vehicle until 5:35.

Horrible, horrible experience

It was very easy to get to the parking location once we had reserved the parking area for a concert we had. They get your number so you can contact them ahead once you are getting ready to leave. Thank you

I checked in with no problem.
When I came back they said plates don't match. I tried calling customer service and it was a 90 minute wait.
So I had to pay both fees.
I think your app and the parking garage are rip off artists. I have told everyone I know about the story and to never ever use your app. My next cause of action is on yelp.

I made a reservation online but when I got to the garage, I couldn't even pull into the garage because there were 2 cars ahead of me blocking the entrance. They were shut off and the drivers had left the keys with the attendant. So I was now blocking traffic on the street because there were cars parked on both sides of the street. I got out and asked why the cars were sitting there blocking the entrance. The attendant told me the garage was full. I explained that I had a reservation but he said that the reservation was through an app and not the garage and that the garage was full and I would have to wait for cars to leave. I asked him what was the point of making a reservation then? He said, "to make money". Not very reassuring. I had driven down from Boston and had tickets to a show. So I sat there, blocking traffic until one car pulled out and I was able to angle enough to only be partially blocking the sidewalk. After a few more cars left, they finally took my car.
On my return, about 11:30pm the wait to get my car was also quite long and they left the tag with the QR code on my car key. I mailed it back, but I will never use that garage again.

I like that it is easy to find parking. The price is good and that it shows me a map of all available parking around the area that I’m going to.

I made a mistake and input the wrong license plate number on my reservation. I called customer service and within minutes, they were able to help make the correction to my reservation.
